Prices

All prices listed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes. They are final and apply to retail customers only. Wholesale prices are available upon request and depend on order volume and partnership terms.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and order volume.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and stock availability:

  • International orders: production 5–10 business days + shipping 10–15 days

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Note: We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

Order Fulfillment

If the item is in stock, your order will be prepared within 1–3 business days.

Custom or wholesale orders may require up to 10 business days for production.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective (subject to inspection)
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • You return an unused item within of delivery in its original condition (tags, packaging, no signs of wear)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team ladyinrose.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products made to order (custom size, color, or style), unless defective
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping or production
  • Orders cancelled due to buyer’s change of mind or payment issues not caused by LADYINROSE

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 14 business days. In case of manufacturing issues, you may choose a refund or replacement.
